(From Azure magazine) With numerous projects now realized, including park environments, pavilions and a funeral home, Tatiana Bilbao's work shows an affinity for simple, rigorous forms that respond to their organic surroundings.
The design is based on a fixed modular width, which allows ventilation between the two sides. Built and finished in concrete, cantilevers provide a balance between daylight and shade, regardless of constructed orientation.
Program: 192 m2 (2,066 sf) in proposed version. 3 BR/4 BATH, living, dining and separate kitchen, family room up in private area.
