Designboom reported recently that Motorola's technology and projects group had launched a project for modular smartphones.
It's the android of hardware, if you will.
The combo works with an endoskeleton and modules. The skeleton is obviously the frame that holds the modules; each module is a part– a processor, a screen or a keyboard. Your phone can now look like you want it to look and perform like you want it to perform.
All against electronic waste!
