Bompass & Parr started as a curious jelly studio but has since gone on to create immersive flavour based experiences:

like the inhabitable cloud of gin and tonic (Alcoholic Architecture with Bompas and Parr)

or the chocolate climbing wall. They develop new ideas, recipes, cocktails, and stuff that challenges the ways we consume and experience food and drink.
